IIC Meetings and Events
informing the policy agenda
Events form the backbone of the IIC and take place throughout the year and around the world. They give members and non-members the chance to meet in a neutral environment, to form informal bonds and explore solutions to policy and regulatory issues.
ANNUAL GLOBAL...
COMMUNICATIONS POLICY AND REGULATION WEEK
CPRWeek addresses big picture themes that affect the communications community. It combines the IIC’s Annual Conference and the International Regulators’ Forum as well as workshops, networking events and private meetings. We also use this opportunity to host the AGM for members whilst we have everyone in one place.
INTERNATIONAL REGULATORS' FORUM
This is the only independent international forum that brings together statutory national regulators in a closed collegiate environment to debate policy issues. Free to all members, IRF meetings are carried out under the Chatham House Rule. Members receive a full report of proceedings.
Next IRF meeting: London 2019
ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The IIC Annual Conference is a multi-speaker, two-day event, for senior executives and public policy-makers in the telecommunication, internet and media world. Around 250 participants present, debate and learn about technological advancements and explore regulatory responses.

REGIONAL THROUGHOUT THE YEAR...
TELECOMS, MEDIA AND REGULATION FORUM
FREE TO MEMBERS
TMRF meetings combine a one-day Regional Regulators’ Forum and a two-day Telecommunications and Media Forum. Typically, we also have workshops and social events to enable all participants to get as much from their time away as possible.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA FORUM (TMF)
Intimate but international events held regionally throughout the year. Members can attend free of charge, non-members pay a fee. Meetings are conducted under the Chatham House Rule.
REGIONAL REGULATORS' FORUM
This meeting is exclusive to senior regulators and is typically hosted by one of the local regulatory authorities in the host country. Although a regional meeting, we see regulators attend from around the world.

All these meetings are free to members.
Non-members pay a fee

chapter meetings
The IIC has Chapters around the world. Chapter meetings provide a way of bringing the debate to as wide an audience as possible, addressing regional issues head on.

SMALL NATIONS REGULATORS' FORUM
This forum is predominantly online but also meets once a year at the Annual Conference to discuss the particular opportunities and constraints in TMT regulation in countries with small populations and/or economies.

FUTURE LEADERS' FORUM
This is a forum for younger regulatory professionals to build their professional network, share experiences and showcase thinking, ideas and projects being done in their organisation.
